Hello, my name is Adam Webb and I am a personal chef here in the San Diego area. I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade now for well known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele - from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world's most cultured destinations. Archive was formed by my best friend & I as a personal chef/ catering business back in 2023. The focus being you and your experience. We offer services that range from private dinner parties to in home daily personal breakfast, lunch & dinners. High quality ingredients, simple but intentional executions that create delicious flavors!

I am a SoCal native who strives to find the freshest ingredients to utilize in my menus. I am a hard worker and am very passionate about quality and cleanliness. Being a Private chef for over 15 years has taught me to stay true to my roots and to always make the client happy. I’m looking for clients that want meals prepared in their homes weekly. I provide the following services: Menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, and cleanup. Clients pay for groceries and my $65/hour rate. I usually come in MWF, grocery shop and cook enough meals for that day and the following day. All meals will be put in labeled containers, refrigerated, and ready to be heated up and enjoyed at your convenience.
