Chef Denise "Nees" Brune is a personal chef who has cultivated her passion and love for cooking since childhood. Her culinary journey began in 2012 when she enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu, School of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles, California. Over the course of her 12-year chef career, Chef Nees has gained valuable experience by working in a variety of restaurants, meal prep services, and catering companies. This diverse background ultimately led her to discover her true calling as a personal chef. Chef Nees has had the pleasure of working with numerous families, as well as providing her culinary expertise to celebrity athletes and artists. Her dedication and talent caught the attention of Soelish Magazine, which recognized her as one of the top 25 Personal Chefs in Los Angeles in 2022. As Chef Nees continues her journey, she is living proof that dreams really do come true when you pursue what you love. Cooking has become more than just a profession for her; it is a means to inspire and bring people together through her delectable creations. With every dish she prepares, Chef Nees aims to leave a lasting impression and create memorable culinary experiences for her clients.​

I have Chef inspired menus or work with you on creating personalized menus as well as any shopping, prep, cooking, serving and kitchen clean up. Locally sourced and fresh products.
