Hello, my name is Adam Webb and I am a personal chef here in the San Diego area. I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade now for well known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele - from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world's most cultured destinations.
