Heirloom Naples Catering LLC I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 34 years now. I’m originally from NJ born just 20 minutes from Manhattan in Union County. I lived in a Manhattan NY for 12 years after that. Then Florida & Orange County California. I’ve worked along side some of the best chefs and industry people that there is out there. I pride myself on living mainly a healthy plant based sustainable lifestyle. I go as organic as i possibly can. I’m loaded with a passion for cooking. I have a very high level of front of the house as well as back of the house experience. Over the years I worked in all types of restaurants. I’ve been a part of and helped launch/open 12 restaurants from scratch. With those I helped construct them, create food concepts, design the menus, train & staff front & back of the house employees, handle the books and payroll, food ordering, inventory, advertising and marketing, managing reservations, handling catering for all types of events, opened the restaurants daily and closed them restaurants nightly. The styles of restaurants I worked at are from Farm to table. Italian, French, Spanish, American, German, Japanese, Seafood to Steakhouses. All high end fine dining for the most part. As well as rocking a couple food trucks, bbq spots, A- list pizzerias, fried chicken joints and delis along the way. Til this day I maintain excellent standing relationships and keep in contact with many of my prior employers, coworkers and friends. I’ve also traveled to Europe many tiimes. I’ve hopped around all over the Caribbean and been to Mexico many times too. Im committed to excellence and I know what it’s like to be taken care of. Yet, most importantly I know how to take care of my clients and their guests as well. I live here in the beautiful Naples FL and I’m here to stay.
