I am now a personal chef and I conduct cooking classes. I run a small business with my husband a French chef. We aim to give you restaurant experience in the comfort of your home or business. I love working with seasonal and natural foods. I have Caribbean background which can been seeing in some of my dishes. I️ create custom menus for my clients. I offer individual and group classes. I also offer date night, dinner parties, brunch and meal prep services. I have experience in fine dinning but I prefer to work with simple ingredients to create complex dishes.

I’m passionate about nutrition and wellness and am a health supportive personal chef and health coach studying for my Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I use organic, grassfed, local and seasonal ingredients to make delicious, nutritious, filling and healthy meals to set you up for success for the week. My focus is meal planning and prepping weekly meals for busy people and families. I also offer postpartum meals service for new mothers. I cater to individual health and nutrition needs.
