We are culinary professionals with a combined twenty years of NYC high-end restaurant experience. We take pride in our work, using seasonal Hudson Valley ingredients while delivering exceptional service and distinctive, delicious cuisine.

My passion for cooking had started from childhood, inherited from my Russian Moroccan parents, who are also in the culinary arts. Since then many years have passed but my passion of cooking stayed the same. I have gained experience working in some of the top restaurants in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and currently New York City.

Great food begins with great ingredients. Each season inspires me and brings its own character to the table, always expertly prepared and beautifully presented. I’ll work with you to curate a personalized menu based on your favorite flavors, to provide you with restaurant-quality dining in the comfort of your home, or your chosen venue. If you’re planning an intimate dinner, birthday gathering, holiday party, or casual get-together with friends; hors d'oeuvres, a family-style buffet or a perfectly plated meal, I’ll take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy yourself with your guests. I can also provide trusted professional servers and/or bartenders as part of my team.
