I have the ability to motivate people to get them to do things they didn't think they could do. You don't have to yell and scream at someone to get the best out of them. I'm here for the beginners to the advanced athletes. I have been certified for the last 8 years but have over 25 years of workout experience. I am also knowledgeable in multiple high school and college sports as I have played at both levels. We will focus on strength, agility, cardio, and flexibility for your entire body. I charge $25 dollars for 30 minute sessions and $50 dollars for hour sessions. You will be smoked but feel great no matter which session you choose.
I enjoy being able to do what I love. I enjoy helping people when I can in or out of the gym.

I am a remote trainer from Boston currently working with a wide variety of clients. Currently, I am only accepting remote & online clients.
I have worked with movie crews, company executives, and with Apple Fitness instructors. I have had a track record for success. I am looking forward continued success with new clients.
I work with TrainWithMe fitness technologies which empowers my clients to succeed through accountability, diet, daily workouts, and stretches at a dramatically better time than traditional training methods with exponentially better results. I'm looking forward to seeing how far I can take it with new clients.

My name is Jess and my company is S&S Fitness. This is a virtual training system where I design a program for you and you do it in your own time at your own pace. You can workout in the comfort of your own home or actually use your gym membership, if you prefer.
S&S Fitness is different from every other company in the area. We are small, very private, and focused entirely on results. Many of my clients, like you, are motivated to make a change but due to time or finances, haven't been able to work with a trainer in the past. That's why more and more people are coming to me for virtual training!
For only $100 per month you get a full monthly program and a weekly yoga video to follow along with. You get access to healthy recipes on my exclusive website and a daily affirmation to motivate you for the rest of the day. The best part, each workout is designed specifically for you. Unlike those workout apps, I design your program based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you already, so you don't have to buy anything.
A little about me: I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have been in the fitness industry since 2003. I do not do cookie cutter programs and your fitness program will be personally designed by me to achieve your goals FAST. I am totally dedicated to helping my clients reach their fitness goals. And that's why they stick with me. When they reach their goals, the set new ones! So whether it's running your first marathon or losing the baby weight, we can work towards your goal, one drop of sweat at a time.
