My name is Brad Frank, and I have dedicated my life to fitness, sports, and coaching. My journey began at the age of five when I was introduced to the sport of wrestling. This early start sparked a passion that has driven me for the past 48 years, during which I’ve competed, trained, and coached wrestling at various levels. My love for sports naturally extended to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), where I served with the Arizona Boxing and MMA Commission for a decade. As a referee and judge, I gained hands-on experience, overseeing hundreds of MMA events, which deepened my understanding of the sport’s dynamics.
