Hi there! I am a NASM and AFAA certified personal trainer and ACE certified health coach. I come to you and I also work virtually and out of a small gym in West Hollywood. My goal is to help my clients feel strong, empowered and more importantly feel great! My in person workouts are one hour and my zoom sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes. I'll incorporate circuit training, weightlifting, cardio, sculpting and more! We will use balls, tubes, kettle bells, weights and bands to get your body in shape! I have a lot of clients that I rehab and I modify for injuries and other ailments. I also specialize in prenatal and postpartum.
I love people and I love meeting people from all walks of life with different fitness and health and wellness goals and helping them be the best version of themselves. I believe that working out is just as good for your mind as it is for your body and I love making people feel great both inside and out!

I am a functional trainer that utilizes correctional exercises as needed. I am also MFN certified, an obesity fitness specialist. Not everyones’ weight issues are a food or exercise cause. It is multifaceted and I work with you at your level. Also everyone has in balances that need to be strengthened. I incorporate tempo training which allows you to slow down and focus on form. I also utilize high reps with low weights often, but not always, depending on the person. This allows for muscular endurance to produce lean muscles and stronger bodies. I always finish my sessions with myofacial release and stretching which is important to prevent injuries and continue working out.

You’re stuck. You’re at your breaking point. Your quality of life is declining. You want more energy, less anxiety, to feel healthy and focused, but instead you feel overwhelmed, and you stress eat. I hear you!
You know you should exercise, eat healthy, and get more sleep, but you just can’t get past KNOWING to actually DOING! I hear you!
You’re an OLDER ADULT eager to maintain your physical and mental independence, a super busy MOM who feels guilty taking even a moment for self-care, or a beginner RUNNER who wants to finish her first half marathon. I hear you!
As a mom to two young kids, a former corporate lawyer and a small business owner, I understand being exhausted and feeling like there’s simply not enough hours in the day. Going for a run, sleeping for a full night, and cooking instead of getting take out seem like luxuries. I hear you!
I will help you break through these seemingly invincible barriers as your health coach, personal trainer, or running coach (or any combination of the three!) to move you from unhealthy stagnation to healthy action. Please note that I am in LOS ANGELES, CA and can only work in person with those near me. I work remotely with clients around the world!
