Until now, most training programs have been based almost entirely on the experiences and goals of bodybuilders, coaches, and athletes. Scientifically unsupported training programs are not designed to meet the needs of our increasingly de-conditioned and injury-prone society.
I use NASM’s exclusive Optimum Performance Training method represents the industry’s first and only comprehensive training program based on current scientific research that provides undisputed results specific to individual needs and goals.
By incorporating multiple types of training—flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, balance, reactive, speed, agility, quickness, and strength—into every program, this method improves all biomotor abilities and builds high levels of functional strength, neuromuscular efficiency, and dynamic flexibility.
I am certified:
NASM CPT
NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist)
NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist)
AFAA CPT
AFAA Advanced CPT
dotFIT Exercise and Nutrition
CPR/AED
I love my job! Helping people reach their fitness goals is very rewording.

***While I predominantly run my training from my gym in Westlake village, I can offer a few options to have one of my experienced trainers come to you. You’ll enjoy a tailored workout in the comfort of your own home for an additional fee.***
My company has trained over 500 people to help them move better, feel better, and become a more fit and healthy version of themselves.
We specialize in:
Mobility/ pain rehabilitation
Weight loss and muscle gain
Fitness nutrition
Sports specific training
What makes us different then other trainers:
1. Phasing your workout program: One size does not fit all when it comes to training. Our program will be customized to fit you and will constantly be changing so that you don’t plateau and slow your progress.
2. Pain management and posture training: Part of our program will learn to understand what pains you go through in daily life and on the first day training with us you will learn how to begin alleviating those pains. You will also begin standing up more straight and moving how you were intended to move.
3. Eating to optimize your fitness journey: What you put in your body is just as important with how you are exercising. Along the way of your training you will learn what you need to be fueling your body with so that your results come faster then expected.
About me:
I have been personal training since I was 21. I have been in the field of fitness all my life. Participating in all types of sports including baseball, basketball, football, and wrestling. I am also certified as a fitness nutrition specialist and corrective exercise specialist. My sessions generally consist of a 5-10 minute warm up, a 45-50 minute workout, and a 5-10 minute corrective exercise routine or cool down. I include a personalized meal plan as well as workouts to be used when train on your own. I have had many different clients, aging from 18-82, all with different types of goals and would love to help you reach yours.
