We have an effective and functional training style that works for everyone regardless of age or ability level. We specialize in weight loss and toning.
The next step for our process of working together is for you to try us out with a complimentary one-hour consultation, which includes goal assessment, measurements and a workout.
We have been shaping up San Diego since 1997.
Our service prices are private 30 minute sessions $55 and semi-private 30 min sessions $40. Session packages are month to month and further discounts are available for 6 month and 1 year up front packages.
