I believe everyone should strive to be fit so that they can be as independent as possible, no matter what age or ability level. Growing older is inevitable; aging doesn’t have to be. I am a kinesiologist, which means I know about human movement. No matter how you move, I can help you move better--even if you have a disability or are new to exercise. Getting stronger and being consistent is the key to being fit. That’s why weight loss, although important, is not my only focus in my training. I also focus on the other components of physical fitness: cardio, respiratory, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. In addition, I also work on agility, balance and coordination. I have worked with a variety of individuals, from teens to senior citizens and from able-bodied to the disabled. So if you are just starting out or simply seeking a better quality of life, I can help you reach your goal. We will work hard, but we have fun! I enjoy seeing results and witnessing my clients getting stronger. I love hearing their stories of accomplishments: running their first 5K, feeling confident at the beach, fitting into a favorite pair of jeans, or going down the slide with their grandkids. My greatest joy is seeing my clients believe in themselves.
