It is multifaceted and I work with you at your level. Also everyone has in balances that need to be strengthened. I incorporate tempo training which allows you to slow down and focus on form. I also utilize high reps with low weights often, but not always, depending on the person. This allows for muscular endurance to produce lean muscles and stronger bodies.
