Hi, I’m Sierra, a passionate personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in movement science. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but my adventurous spirit brought me to North San Diego County in 2019 for college, and most recently, to Denver, Colorado, where I now call home.
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2021, starting in commercial gyms while pursuing my degree at Cal State San Marcos, where I graduated in 2023. Since then, I’ve gained valuable experience working in private training spaces and alongside physical therapists, which has shaped my holistic approach to health and wellness.
