Hey there My name is Dennis. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT - NASM, National Personal Training Institute graduate), an MMA Conditioning Coach, and a USA Boxing Certified Coach. I’ve been extensively involved in boxing, kickboxing, grappling, and martial arts for  29 years — and I teach the real thing. I specialize in hardcore, old-school boxing and kickboxing. I was honored to work as a Level 3 Personal Trainer at Equinox, one of the most elite fitness clubs in the industry, and I’ve helped close to 100 clients reach their personal best at Equinox and Crunch Fitness in NYC.
