Online training and nutrition coaching option!
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Precision Nutrition certified coach(PN1) that provides Online, in-home, outdoor and online personal training services and/or nutritional coaching.
I have over a decade’s worth of experience working with clients on weight loss/toning, nutritional coaching, building muscle, corrective exercise/injury prevention and athletic training.
One thing that stands out with my services is the flexibility and convenience I provide my clients. With my personal training clients we train online, in-home or outdoors, so I come to them or meet in a public place if that is preferable.
I also offer online nutrition/wellness and accountability.
I base our workout design off what works best for you or what you prefer, things you’ve done in the past or just using the equipment and space we have available, be it bodyweight exercises or using resistance bands and free weights, or for more flexibility training incorporating exercises, stretching, and self-massage. We can alter the intensity of workouts based on your preference and also make it fun, and possibly incorporate aspects into your every day life. I really enjoy helping people get back in the activities that they had done previously or help them find new ways to have a more active lifestyle!
With nutritional coaching I work with clients coming up with short term goals of their choosing and that we know are attainable and work on what they can do daily to reach those goals!
I also incorporate my corrective exercise training and experience that I can use to correct knee, back and neck issues that can eventually lead to a lot of pain and discomfort. I will perform a free goal and posture assessment to discover any areas that we need to focus on to help you to stay injury free during our sessions, such as past injuries/surgeries, current ankle, knee, back or neck discomfort, and then I will personalize your workouts based on the assessment and your goals.
