I’ve been training hundreds of people from 14-90 since 2014. Through my “Bshack’s Exercise Book for Kids” series, it has even opened the door to train kids 4-13. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, learn self-defense, get rid of arthritis, nutrition to get off RA meds, recovering joint injuries, or even clients with down syndrome, I’ve had pretty much every kind of client you can think of, but still understanding everyone’s situation is unique. As long as you are serious about your, goals I’ll take any client.
As you can see, I have a real passion for what i do, and I do it full time entrepreneur style to make sure I’m available to my clients with no limitations... so much so, that I’ll even go with you on your first grocery trip, in person or video chat! Noting that America is the most uneducated continent within the health and fitness industry, I’ve gone outside of my certification (ASFA), to learn Health and Fitness on a world view, which is why I’ve been able to help heal and improve client conditions that even doctors & medicines can’t. You’ll learn nutrition for your body, being coached on macronutrients & Blood Type eating.
I also specialize in resistance training, agility training, strength training, functional, boxing, and other various styles for the Athlete or common person whether be it fat loss or muscle gain goal.
