My work is evidence-based personal training meaning that I will use my expertise and start with a game plan. Every month we will update your personal metrics (weight, body fat %, etc) and figure out a way to address issues that have not adapted properly to the training. Not every strategy will work for every client and I want to find the best for each person and intervene quickly with a plan-B
What I enjoy most about my job is being personally engaged and having a meaningful relationship with every client I work with. Sometimes I have an opportunity to work with a client multiple times a week and sometimes just once. Both of these types of clients I learn from and educate them on how to live better, that is my favorite part of my job.
