I am a remote trainer from Boston currently working with a wide variety of clients. Currently, I am only accepting remote & online clients.
I have worked with movie crews, company executives, and with Apple Fitness instructors. I have had a track record for success. I am looking forward continued success with new clients.
I work with TrainWithMe fitness technologies which empowers my clients to succeed through accountability, diet, daily workouts, and stretches at a dramatically better time than traditional training methods with exponentially better results. I'm looking forward to seeing how far I can take it with new clients.

As your coach, I will keep you accountable and give you everything you need to achieve your goals! My approach is evidence-based and adjusted based on the results of the program. Training with me, you will get a coach who cares, wants you to succeed, and make you the best version of yourself!
I got into exercise science and personal training because in my late teens, I was in a lot of pain from injuries and sports. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to work for me. After completing 13 months of PT and not getting better I decided to take matters into my own hands. By learning proper exercise technique, recovery methods, nutrition strategies etc I began to slowly heal myself. After years of education I applied everything I learned and healed my body!
Thank you for looking over my profile! Please contact me here on Thumbtack or by submitting an inquiry on my website. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks đź’Ş
