Great day to you. I love to help people reach their goals and bring the best out of them all while having fun, at their pace. I am currently a Rutgers Football strength and conditioning coach. I am also a former NFL player with a wide range of experience in personal training. I love opening my mind and adapting to everyone's situation. Some people want to train in a gym, in home, walking, etc and I have something for every person/group. No one will be left out because of their preference. I help people with all types of pains, aches, or injuries (back, knee, etc.). I customize workouts for each person I work with and I work with new people every day. You're not just clients to me, but teammates/friends and eventually like family. I invest my best into you, with proper techniques, my energy, competitive nature, jokes, etc. I love showing people that what they want to achieve doesn't have to come from killing yourself or giving everything up, but crushing the 'simple' things that I give to you. In reality, no trainer can guarantee results. Your discipline, ability to sacrifice what you want now for what you truly want, and accountability is just as, if not more important than the workouts. I will continue to grow everyday the same way you will. Regardless if you choose me or not, I wish you the best along your journey. You can feel free to check out my Shock The World Youtube channel to see FREE in-home workouts with no equipment. A little background about me. I came in to college (Rutgers) to play football in June 2007 at 173 pounds. By August 2007, I weighed 195 pounds. I tore both ACLs and was a 4th string safety my last year in college. I came back from surgery to run the fastest I've ever run and found a way to grind my way into the NFL. While in college, I did mission trips and found a huge passion. Once I was cut from the NFL, I wanted to figure out a way to stay in shape and help people. This made perfect sense to me. I've had interviews with Merrill Lynch, New York Life, etc, but decided to follow my passion. If you want to train, I just ask that you have a serious attitude for your goals. We will have a ton of fun. I listen to everything with my team members from Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, Disney, etc. and can adjust to any personality. I am not a professional nutritionist; however, I have worked with many and have put together my own diet planner for my team members to help with their success. I give simple tips to help you reach your goals. I would love to help you as well.

Welcome to Journey Fitness! My journey in the world of health and wellness began at a young age, where I developed a passion for physical activity and healthy living that has only grown over the years. Throughout my adolescence teen years, I was immersed in sports, honing my skills and understanding the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. As I transitioned into adulthood, I discovered the art of physique building. This newfound passion ignited a desire to not only transform my own body but also to help others achieve their fitness goals. I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and empowered in their own skin. With a strong foundation in both sports and fitness training, I have dedicated my career to guiding others on their journey to better health.
