My name is Sharif Wilson and I fell in love with fitness at a young age. I began taking Taekwondo classes at the age of 13. I earned my black belt and have continued to practice each day. My love for staying healthy and learning everything I can about fitness led me to earn my bachelors of science in kinesiology. Kinesiology is very basically the study of movement. It requires knowledge of physics, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, biology, and many other areas of study. This knowledge base helps me create workout plans that are tailored for you and guaranteed to get results. My degree has prepared me far better than a certification that can be acquired with just a week of study. I can account for various ailments you have or procedures you have been through such as diabetes mellitus, stents, bypass surgery, joint pain, physical disabilities, mental disorders, hypertension, hypotension, fibromyalgia, and others. Depending on the severity of the issue I may recommend that you get cleared for exercise by your physician before starting a program. My goal is to help you reach your goal while giving you as much knowledge and confidence to continue a healthy lifestyle so help is no longer needed. I consider it a success when a client reaches their goal and never needs me again.
