[Introduction]
Hi, I’m Masaki!
I can provide strength training with weights, machines, body weight and/or resistant tubes. As endurance exercises, I can teach you rope jumping from basic to tricks, and running. In addition, I can give you nutrition advices to lose weight or build muscles.
I train my clients for my clients but they make me feel happy too if my clients say "I'm dead! But I enjoyed it! Energized! Thank you!" after training.
[Locations]
Your apartment gym (or outdoor).
I’m not training you at a commercial gym!!
