What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide single and multiple session packages. Packages and multi-group sessions are provided at a discounted rate. Send me a note if you have questions. Additionally sessions can be offered for 1-2 clients together. This has proven to be a great way to share the experience of personal training with friends, motivators, and companions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll first meet for a consult meeting. During this meeting we'll map out your goals and I'll have a better opportunity to learn more about your needs and goals. After the consult we'll kick-start your program. During your program we'll stay close to your goal setting and record strength progress

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ACE certified Orthopedic exercise certified Pursuing nutrition certification and kinesiology degree

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Becoming a personal trainer made perfect sense for me. In parallel to being a fitness trainer, I bring over 20 years of culinary experience as a chef and nutrition advocate. My years of working with food and specialty diets seemed like a perfect fit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers. I understand we need to be creative with how to exercise during COVID. I'm flexible and sensitive to the needs of my clients. I have experience working with clients who are seeking to lose weight, build muscle, goal oriented, and needing to make real life changes, once and for all.
