What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

FREE First Day assessment that comes with measurements, fitness tests, and body fat % calculation. I analyze your limiting factors, flexibility, strength, and abilities. I provide you with a food log to complete so that we can effectively work on your nutrition!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- Master Personal Training Certification - Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Health Sciences - 6+ years in Personal Training - 6+ years in Nutrition - AHA BLS Certification

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A training partner and I used to go to a local gym. I eventually began training a cousin on proper form and breathing to build muscles more efficiently. After obtaining high marks in my PT certification exam, I worked for a gym in Miami, Florida. After which I've been working directly with my trainees!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Some of my trainees have been athletes, people with disabilities, people recovering from leg injuries, college students, mothers, and other extremely busy individuals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just last month I worked with a nutrient deficient and muscularly weak trainee who within 2 months gained 5 pounds of muscle, improved his eating habits, and massively increased his confidence. The habits I help my trainees form will last a lifetime!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a trainer who trains and teaches more than just physical exercises. Nutrition is the foundation to wellness, flexibility minimizes injury, and proper breathing ensures muscular oxygen efficiency. When a trainer takes EVERYTHING about your well being into consideration at the first meeting, you will know they are serious about getting you results!
