After many years as a business executive I decided I would pursue my true ambition in the fitness world. I earned my ISSA certification and I am accredited by the United States Department of Education in Fitness Sciences.
I understudied and interned with professional and college trainers.. One was a trainer for two professional hockey teams and the other was an exercise physiologist. My own personal fitness consisted of years of hockey, strength training, HIT Training, ( High Intensity Training), spinning and cycling.
I understand the importance of discipline and have always maintained a strong work ethic in everything I do which carries over in my training. I have training experience with both male and female athletes ages 14-86 years old.
Designing programs for diabetics and others has been an important area. Teaching proper nutrition has been a necessity.
Almost everyone requires Post Rehabilitation Training at some time in their life. I'm very qualified and happy to assist in this area.
