I have experience training under every fitness philosophy you can name (bodybuidling, powerlifting, crossfit, boxing, kickboxing, yoga, HIIT) and have distilled my 18 years of experience into the top movements that provide maximal result with minimal joint impact in a way that keeps training exciting and prevents boredom and "couch relapse."
In addition to all of this elite level training experience, I am a certified ACE pro personal trainer which is one of only two PT certifications recognized by the NCCA. I am also a CPA but I don't want to do your taxes;)
My sessions typically consist of strength training, high pace body building, boxing for cardio, and assisted stretching/trigger point therapy at the end, but this can vary depending on the individual client's needs and preferences.
