My name is Michelle Csismatia - I’ve been a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 19 years. I love what I do - my passion is to help you do everything you can to reach your goals, each and every day. I understand what it takes to get your body in the best shape ever!
I have had so many exciting and fulfilling experiences in the past decade plus of training others and myself. I’ve done figure competition and also have trained others to hit the stage. I’ve learned how to manipulate workouts to lose weight and build muscle thru training that effects the hormone levels in the pre, post and menopausal stages. I’m also able to help with recovery from many different injuries and joint replacements.
Give me a call or text and let’s talk about how I can help you reach your goals!
Let me show you how I can help!

Congratulations on starting your journey with a personal trainer in mind! I'm Toni! I'm a Navy Veteran that has learned fitness is the best form of rehabilitation for the mind and body, even with a disability.
I am an AAA/ISMA certified trainer and competitive Powerlifting SC record holder in the Southern Powerlifting Federation and USA Powerlifting. I've been working with men and women since 2020, aiding in individual fitness journeys and reaching goals. As a personal trainer, I would describe myself as personable, flexible and dedicated to my clients. You will laugh, you will sweat, you will be awesome.
I've mainly worked with ages 18+, but also enjoy showing kids the benefits and fun of exercise too. I specialize in conventional strength training, powerlifting, HIIT, HIT (high intensity training) and fat loss through lifting. I love individual training, but very much enjoy group/circuit training and youth fitness as well. I am not experienced in CrossFit, Yoga or Pilates at all.
The rate is $45/session in person that is paid up to 10 sessions at a time. No contract.
Ask me about my new fitness app! Great for people that are comfortable with solo training and would like a personalized regimen.
