I’ve been a trainer for 11 years with a degree in exercise science, 20 up to date certifications, and a license in functional medicine. I’ve trained well over 500 different clients from athletes, celebrities, to those who struggle in the area of mental/emotional health. I’ve helped a number of people ween off certain medications (doctor approval) through specialized sound therapy plans, nutrition plans, and supplement plans. I do 1 on 1 personal Yoga/meditation sessions as well as reflexology. I also do personal exercise therapy sessions with the elderly and those who are recovering from injuries. And I do 1 on 1 personal training, online training and group training. My passion in health and wellness is off the charts and nothing brings me more joy than to transform the mind, body, and spirit of my clients.
