I am an ex-power-lifter, current tennis player and used to be a heavily overweight. I understand getting to your goals quickly better than most. I also had to make a big change after working in the office when I was in marketing which is why I was very overweight and stressed. You will get your moneys worth every session by providing the same service I used on myself to transform my life. I work with downtown Austin clientele, in hotels, condo’s and apartments. Because of this I have developed a familiarity with lifestyles of those in consulting, engineering and finance. Understanding these lifestyles helps me create a catered program for you.
