Pricing: 1 session per week (60 minutes/session)-$100/session 2 or more sessions per week (60 minutes/session) will include a personalized meal & workout plan (Full Coaching). Online Coaching: Includes customized meal plan, workouts, and biweekly checkins as well as updates as needed. ($250 to $300/month) All sessions are 60 minutes long. During the session we work through proper form, and lifting techniques as I guide you in pushing yourself to your full potential.
