My degree has prepared me far better than a certification that can be acquired with just a week of study. I can account for various ailments you have or procedures you have been through such as diabetes mellitus, stents, bypass surgery, joint pain, physical disabilities, mental disorders, hypertension, hypotension, fibromyalgia, and others. Depending on the severity of the issue I may recommend that you get cleared for exercise by your physician before starting a program. My goal is to help you reach your goal while giving you as much knowledge and confidence to continue a healthy lifestyle so help is no longer needed.
