2. Maintenance Package (5 sessions/month): $500/month
Includes personalized training sessions, nutrition guidance, mobility training, and lifestyle support.
Perfect for clients seeking professional guidance and accountability with fewer monthly sessions.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Travel Fee Policy:
For locations beyond a 15-minute drive, a monthly travel fee of $50 will be added directly to your monthly total (making the monthly rate: $730 for 8 sessions/month or $550 for 5 sessions/month).
Payment Terms:
All packages must be prepaid monthly. Single-session training is not offered.
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be utilized within the purchased month (sessions do not roll over). Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice count toward your monthly total.

I studied biology, am accredited through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have run a company, of personal trainers, for 10 years. I am an ex-power-lifter, current tennis player and used to be a heavily overweight. I understand getting to your goals quickly better than most. I also had to make a big change after working in the office when I was in marketing which is why I was very overweight and stressed. You will get your moneys worth every session by providing the same service I used on myself to transform my life.
I work with downtown Austin clientele, in hotels, condo’s and apartments. Because of this I have developed a familiarity with lifestyles of those in consulting, engineering and finance. Understanding these lifestyles helps me create a catered program for you.
You will a receive initial consult and after we start you will receive weekly workouts, accountability, breakdown of what strategy will lead to your results fastest and anything extra I will run to the ends of the earth to make sure if it helps you. Everyone on my team is also certified in Corrective Fitness and Habit Coaching Specialists, meaning we can rehab injuries and get you to commit to change without too much resistance.
