I am in Fort Wort, Texas.
I entered into the fitness industry in 2008, beginning my studies in the rehabilitation field. Watching loved ones around me struggle with debilitating, preventable disease and injuries prompted me to change paths and focus on the prevention aspect of health.
As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor I instruct one on one, guiding in exercise and nutrition, lead group fitness sessions and arthritis chair classes. I work in homes and parks.
I love learning what people are capable of and then helping them to grow stronger physically and mentally, breaking down roadblocks and celebrating each milestone along the path toward their goals.
Being a part of each small victory and bigger goal, celebrating and sharing in the joy of those experiences is why I do what I do.
Let's get started on your goals today!
