I do 1:1 training, small group training, and partner training. My gym is located in Plano…***********************************. It’s a brand new beautiful facility called Evo Gyms. I specialize in toning and weight loss. I’d love to possibly help you on your fitness journey.
Rates: My in person session rates range from $100 - $150 per session. It depends on how many days a week you’re looking to train. But there are no services under $100 per session, unless it’s a partner training session, which is $75 per person per session. Or my Saturday morning small group classes, which are $50 per class.
Also, my online training starts between $250- $375 per month and is a 12 week program.
