Fitness and a healthy lifestyle are my passion.
My journey into personal training basically started due to the countless hours I spent in the gym. I began to see my body change. I learned how to manipulate it with reps, varying degrees of weights and tempo. I wanted to learn more and to be more. This is when I sought out a coach and considered doing a bodybuilding competition. After chewing on the information for a month or so, I went for it. I was all in. I had nothing to lose! I wanted to see where I could take my body.
Around the same time, my passion for helping others began to increase. I started seeking certification and new employment in the fitness industry (a complete career change for me!). I've learned you gain nothing if you don't take risks. There are always excuses, mainly because of fear of the unknown. But, you have to push through those excuses to discover the better you!
In short, I can train with body weight, resistance bands, HIIT, TRX, and weights. I'm a weightlifter by heart, so I can definitely take on the toughest clients! But, don’t let that scare you...your workouts will be tailored to fit YOUR goals and strengths. I’ll push you, but I won’t kill you! 😜
