For Virtual Training, we can accommodate any size of space and we can use equipment or not. I can build a program for any condition (even if the kiddos are running around in the backgrougnd :) )
I offer personal, buddy or even trio training. If you have a group of 5 people or more I can offer group training at a discounted rate.
