I believe in getting to the root of your goals from a full mind and body evaluation. I know physical health is tied to your emotional/ mental & nutritional well being. I’ve learned that focusing on more than giving you the tools- we also need to address the your mental and emotional health to ensure this is a life long change. I take your results very seriously and only work with those who are truly committed to this process for themselves. I have few openings & keep my client list small to ensure I am able to help my clients on a deeper level.
Offering in person, virtual and online. All programs include access to custom workouts, meal plans, group training options, full accountability & weekly check- ins.
PRICE & OPENINGS: Anywhere from $97-157 a session dependent on contract term and what program is needed. Minimum monthly cost is $500 for in person training & I have a 6 month contract period to ensure the best life long results. I have learned from experience that 6 months is the minimum to ensure a life long change & get my clients the greatest change, results & knowledge to do it on your own after the program ends. Online training programs are also offered as low as $100 a month.
Current openings are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday & Friday during the day before 5pm. (No nights)
My program:
- Over the years of training I have learned that in order to help you long term we need to find an approach and lifestyle that will be a lifestyle for YOU long term. From mind to body so you get the best long lasting results. I believe you need to feel your best to do & look your best. It’s about finding what bets for your specific body type, nutritional & life requirements. This is not a one size fits all- this is tailored to you specifically and we do many tests to determine the best possible guide for you to use.
-Also offering virtual sessions via Skype, FaceTime or zoom. No equipment required to get a great workout from home.
My story:
About 3 years ago I was overweight and was told it would be very difficult for me to lose weight with my thyroid issues and having PCOS.
I knew I needed to get healthy again and through a lot of trial and error I figured out how to lose weight in a healthy maintainable way for people with & without hormonal problems. And I was able to lose 57 lbs.
Paired with a lot of personal development I was able to change my life in a much larger scale. And it's the reason I created my own business to help others scale in more than just their health.

I primarily work with women, pre- & postnatal people, couples, and seniors.
Hi! My name is Stephanie. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness Coach.
I offer online and in-person training. I utilize an app where I provide full workouts, behavior change coaching and habit work to my clients online. You can work with me in an online-only capacity, or in combination with in-person training sessions. I train most of my clients in-person out of a private gym in Millcreek, Utah. Although, sometimes I will see clients outside of the gym - either in their own home, outdoors, or in their apartment gym.
I am very focused on function and strength in my training for the general population, as well as pre/postnatal folks.
I also provide yoga instruction as a certified yoga teacher and trained pre- & postnatal yoga teacher.
I am certified in Functional Movement Systems, and have many tools and a functional awareness to assist people in gaining the mobility, deep core strength, and overall body awareness that so many people are lacking or missing altogether, putting them at greater risk of injury + leading to pain and discomfort in every day movements and activities.
I tailor all of my training to your specific goals, needs, as well as your current level of fitness. Your level of fitness while working with me will evolve and change, as will your training over time. And, because we are all at such different levels, I always have either an idea for another progression or regression as needed to safely gain the skills and strength needed as we progress.
I am committed to continuing education and keeping up with the science backing what I do, so you can rest assured I am providing you with the most up-to-date training principles. I do this by attending a conference each year for continuing education, regularly reading evidence-based articles in my field, working toward new certifications, amongst other things.
I LOVE what I do. I know on a very personal level how critical exercise and mobility work - along with proper form - is to live well and feel your best, and I want to share that with as many people as possible.
I may be able to provide discounted services to those in need - especially likely to be considered are BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks, single parents, and teen parents.
