I am a certified Weightlifting Coach, Velocity Based Training Specialist, and have been working on sport performance and injury prevention for 4 years.
I'm committed to turning athletes into champions on and off the field. Enabling them to have a long and successful career in their sport. My program involves an initial flexibility/mobility assessment followed by a strength balance assessment to identify potential injury risks, limitations holding you back from peak performance, and physical advantages to capitalize on.
My coaching approach is to turn training into fun and grow young athletes' passion for training. I work with the athletes/parents on building a schedule that allows them to recover from the demands of their sport and get stronger without sacrificing their educational goals and family time.
Sessions last between 45-60 minutes. For athletes under the age of 18, one of the parents must be present for the sessions. These sessions are performed in our studio in West Jordan.
The cost starts at $455/month for a weekly semi-private (2 athletes) session, or $700/month for fully private sessions, which include:
- 1 in-person Session/week
- Flexibility/Mobility Assessment (Every 6 Weeks)
- Force Capacity Testing (Every 6 Weeks)
- Velocity-Based Strength, Power, and Speed Testing (Every 6 Weeks)
- Customized Strength and Conditioning Program (Updated Monthly)
- Customized Nutritional Planning (Updated Monthly)
- Mental Performance Session (1 Session/Month)
(The final cost will be determined based on contract length and session frequency.)
