I help clients achieve their fitness goals by eliminating their fear and misunderstandings of exercise and nutrition. I offer one-on-one personal training, small group training (for space reasons 2 at the most for now), nutritional counseling, sports performance, weight loss, muscle building, and overall education on health and wellness.
What I love most about what I do is seeing a client decide that they will make their health a lifetime commitment and not just a "30-day" thing to do. I know it sounds cheesy but I love being there when a client has conquered their fears, doubts, hurdles, obstacles, and defeats. The most gratifying feeling ever.
