Being involved in sports my whole life and in the training industry for 10+ years, I have learned from many mistakes and have taken away lessons I want to pass down and instill in the clients I work with to provide quality results while also teaching the fundamentals of training. Weightlifting has been something that has changed my life completely and I want all of you to experience the same success and feeling you get from changing your body, feeling stronger, and being more capable of tasks in your everyday life!
I attended Western Washington University to pursue nursing and kinesiology however, after a few years I realized training was my passion and skill I wanted to share with the world. Every client is different and I am here to work around any injuries, any skill level, and any goals you may have.
I work with beginners with no experience at all and help build the confidence and trust with your body to use it in ways you could have never imagined. Or if you have an intermediate experience I can help you get that edge and accountability to progress past your plateaus.
I mainly offer training at a studio gym in downtown Bellevue and do Private 1-1 training and semi-private training (2-5 People). If you specifically want virtual training please message me and we can work something out :)
Contact me with any questions and if you are ready we can set up a free consultation to go over your goals, mobility, and an introductory workout.
