My price is $55 per session and below I list everything you get for that price which is much more than just the training sessions. I go very in depth to make sure you aren’t just doing the exercises properly, but understand why we are doing those exercises. I want you to know what it’s called, what muscles it’s working, in what ways it’s helping you reach your goals, and how you can do it safely and effectively. I also make sure to heavily go over nutrition which is arguably more important and difficult. I wanna make sure you know how to track your calories, how to meal prep, what foods to eat and when, and how to really build the best meal plan for you. I take care of finding your calories and macros and can even write a meal plan for you. I will also go one step further and write a workout plan on days you lift on your own that supplements our workouts together. That way you can feel confident in the gym and can hit your goals even faster. I’m also going to be setting up all your workouts, changing your weights, wiping down your equipment, and cleaning up at the end.
