I want to start by saying that I do have to pay a fee in order to receive your message so please please make sure that you are serious about training and are confident that you want me to be your trainer. I don’t want to waste your time and I don’t want to end up paying for a lead that doesn’t want to work with me. My price is $55 per session and below I list everything you get for that price which is much more than just the training sessions. I also offer a free consultation where we can meet at my gym and go over everything in more detail! I’m located by butler and I own my own private facility so you don’t have to worry about being in a public corporate setting. So just keep everything in mind before making a decision and I hope we can work together! I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years and I really love what I do! I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals and feel better about themselves while living a healthier lifestyle and I take everyone at their own special pace based on how experienced they are. I’m not just your average trainer either, I want to make sure you understand everything about the process of getting in shape and that you have as much information as I can to better help you succeed. I go very in depth to make sure you aren’t just doing the exercises properly, but understand why we are doing those exercises. I want you to know what it’s called, what muscles it’s working, in what ways it’s helping you reach your goals, and how you can do it safely and effectively. I also make sure to heavily go over nutrition which is arguably more important and difficult. I wanna make sure you know how to track your calories, how to meal prep, what foods to eat and when, and how to really build the best meal plan for you. I take care of finding your calories and macros and can even write a meal plan for you. I will also go one step further and write a workout plan on days you lift on your own that supplements our workouts together. That way you can feel confident in the gym and can hit your goals even faster. I’m also going to be setting up all your workouts, changing your weights, wiping down your equipment, and cleaning up at the end.
