Introduction

My photography service combines simplicity and quality. Creating a relaxed and fun environment helps to capture memorizable and candid moments. I like meeting different people and connect my art with the community. I really enjoy that my job allows me to go to different locations, explore and possibilities to connect great backgrounds to unique photos of people.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I don't have a standard system. I like to customize my price to each customer per their photo needs and what they can afford. My main goal is to make the customer feel they got a great service and photos for reasonable price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We set up an appointment and agree on location and time. I am always curious before the shoot to find out more about what the customer is looking for. Then I can choose gear and work on ideas to provide the best shots. During the shoot I will show the photos from my camera, and get a sense that customer is happy with the results. About a week after the shoot or as agreed, I will upload a good selection of edited images to dropbox. I am always happy to provide special edits for customer's favorite shots. I can also assist with further requests on printing and ordering photo products as needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have worked as a graphic designer and photo editor for over 10 years in different design agencies. I have participated in different drawing and art classes and at photo meet-ups and gatherings. I have photographed landscape and people for years and learned thru practice and experimentation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I photographed my family and friends and any time going to nature I had a camera with me. People liked my photos, that encouraged me to constantly challenge myself and develop more advanced photo skills.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with people who want very classic photos and people who just want to have fun and have someone document it with candid style. I have also worked with professionals who want quality shots of their product or event. It has been individual photos of professionals, families, teams at sports events, engagements, weddings and product photos. I like variety and enjoy very much working with different customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It is always great to share as many of your expectations as possible: certain style you have in mind (candid, classic, etc.), any examples you like and number of final photos you'd like to have. If there is an event, it is important to know how many people are attending and if there are requests of certain group photos or portraits. This information helps me to provide you the photos that you need and are excited about.
