I specialize in 'people' photography whereby I capture emotion and memories that tell a story of each individual person. I see light differently; always from a perspective of how it can accent an image. With my education, experience and love for the craft, I capture and create beautiful images that will last a lifetime! Meeting new people and trying out different lighting and techniques!

My name is Nicolas "Nico" Kambouroglos, I am a Lancastrian born and raised. Photography has always been a part of my life. From the little guy with a disposable camera on class field trips to the college kid with a point and shoot that had to document everything, a camera was always in my hand. However, it took some soul searching and some pushing from family & friends before I was convinced this hobby could be a career. I enrolled and completed the Digital Photography Program at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design have never looked back. I found my place and I don't believe that I could enjoy any profession more than this. [ Well, maybe a race car driver, but this is a lot safer :) ] I launched Nicokam Photography in May of 2015 and have strived to grow and improve everyday since. I love getting to be a part of special moments in people’s lives. Photography allows me to freeze my client’s happiness and give it back to them as a memory that lasts forever. I have been photographing portraits and events for 15 years. While I do offer package options, I always encourage people to create their own package and stay within their desired budget. For portraits, I am able to photograph in studio or on location. For events, I will accept local work or travel across the country! I love a good adventure! I take great pride in being able to customize any package and photo experience for any client. I do not want a client to feel discouraged by pricing as I can typically discuss their budget and offer an alternative option, special for a client's specific needs. I enjoy being part of such happy occasions and being able to capture moments that last a life time!

My approach is one of observation and documentation, in the way that I am always aware and watching the situation. Be it a live event, portrait session waiting for that perfect sunset, or choosing just the right background to make you look your best. Always be ready! I work to meet the needs of the project and will exceed them to the best of my abilities. I can be unobtrusive when needed but at the same time bringing out the best in the situations when necessary. I am laid back and respectful but confident and willing to do what it takes to walk away with the best results. I look forward to the next adventure!
