Wedding & lifestyle photography for the adventurous & romantic at heart. Hello, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Amanda- photographer, coffee lover, and wanderluster-extraordinaire. I was born on the beautiful northern coast of Brazil. A few years later, I moved to the United States with my parents and there began my love of adventure & meeting new people. I grew up and went to college in New Hampshire, where I received my degree in Environmental Studies and met my college sweetheart and now husband. He is a pilot in the Air Force and my favorite person in the world. We have lived in Oklahoma, Washington and Alabama. Military life is hard, but we have loved meeting so many treasured friends and being part of a supportive community along the way. Much of my inspiration comes from the beauty of our world and the people in it. I believe there's always something new to learn, discover and marvel at. I first picked up a camera in 2015 as a way to document the fleeting moments of our ever changing lives and my thirst for telling stories through photography grew from there. In Spokane, my love for photography grew exponentially when I decided to get an A.A. in photography. I learned to develop my own film and prints in the darkroom, honed my photoshop and editing skills, and developed my lighting techniques by learning off camera flash both in the studio and on location. Whether you are looking for a wedding photographer, a family, or portrait photographer, I have the technical/artistic ability and experience to capture your vision and communicate the deeper stories of your special relationships and milestone moments. I also really strive to build true connections with my clients and am there for you day and night throughout the planning process and on the day of your session. I will not only be your photographer, but your shoulder to lean on, your friend to call on if you need anything, and your forever hype woman.

In 2015 my passion stared in yearbook class. I had always been obsessed with cameras and photos but was never exposed to the art of photography. My high school graduation gift was my first camera, and there was no going back. I started photographing my little brother’s sports. Things quickly took off with my first paid session and shortly after that my first wedding. As of today I’ve done more senior sessions than I can count - close to as many weddings and so many fun family sessions! I am ready to launch photography in my new home of Spokane and I’m excited to work with you! Please note - I am part of the LGBTQ community and am willing to work with anyone as long are you are willing to work with me.
