I have had training with HAAG engineering for storm damage forensics. I use Xactimate software estimating because it is what 90% of insurance carriers use. It speaks the same language. I have reputation of being professional with insurance adjusters in a manner that ensures everything that should be in the claim is there. Unfortunately, I will often meet insurance adjusters who have no field experience in construction, this causes an unfair claim.
