We come to you for private music lessons in your home! Our teachers are highly qualified. They all have music degrees or equivalent work experience, and they are positive and professional with their students. All of our teachers have passed a background check, and they have made it through an audition screen. We don't hire just anyone - we make sure they understand music theory, and and they are top notch players. Both male and female teachers may be available depending on location and the teacher's availability. Specific gender or age requests are not guaranteed.

My lessons are very personalized, according to the needs of each student, regardless of age or level of experience. I am known for applying all reading and theory skills directly to music or songs that the student wants to play. For beginners, I cover all the basics for a strong foundation. I love teaching piano. My methods have grown and become polished so that the student is rewarded with fast results, which in turn is rewarding to me. For adults, regardless of experience, new worlds open up to you in areas such as classical, jazz, blues, pop, broadway, and the important theory to go with them. Children get the basics in a pleasant, "child-friendly" atmosphere.

Whether they are starting violin for the first time, honing their abilities, or preparing for a career in music, I work with each student to develop the skills needed for success. In lessons we lay a solid technical foundation through a combination of scales, exercises, and etudes. We build musicianship skills and healthy practice habits through studying great pieces, from Suzuki books and popular songs to the famous violin concerti. I believe excellence empowers. Through violin lessons with me, I invite students to pursue excellence in violin-playing and see how it transforms their lives.
