Hello! I am a singer and teacher in Florida! I have been singing for two decades and have sung in the US and in Europe. I have my Master of Music degree from Louisiana State University (2020) and my Bachelor of Music degree from Stetson University (2016), both in Vocal Performance. I was an Adjunct Voice Professor at Stetson University, where I taught college level students, but I have taught students from the ages of 5 all the way to 80 years old. I balance pursuing an opera career while maintaining my voice studio. While I primarily sing and teach classical singing, I can also teach musical theatre, jazz, and other genres. My goal as a teacher is to find your most authentic voice in the healthiest way possible so you can sing anything- for the rest of your life! What differentiates me from other teachers is that I know what HEALTHY singing looks and sounds like and I will work each lesson make sure you can reach your goals. *Due to Covid-19, I am currently only offering online lessons*

With 7+ years of vocal coaching experience, being a writer in studio sessions with some of the top artists in the world and having countless performances under my belt including being on the top 20 of American Idol. I am confident that I have the knowledge and skill set to get any student ahead in this industry. My focus is on the whole package of what makes an artist. I will assess the skill set of each student and create an individual lesson plan that caters to their strengths and weaknesses and most importantly style. It will be my goal to bring out the true potential of each student and to shine light on what makes them a confident young star. I can accompany each student with either piano or guitar. I can teach lessons virtually, or go to your place of residence. I also have access to a photography studio if the student wants a professional video recorded with quality sound. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from this industry it’s that hard work will always overtake natural talent and I plan to bring out that work ethic in each student every single lesson.

I teach (in person or online) out of my studio in beautiful Sebastian , Florida. I have been teaching music since 1989 and have played in orchestras since 4th grade and currently play the cello in church...my whole family is musical! My parents are both professional musicians, so I grew up around music! My goal is to share my love of music with students of all ages by making lessons fun!! I teach using traditional methods, tailored to the student's specific interests. I am a former preschool teacher and minored in music. I am very patient and enjoy the challenge each new student brings and love teaching children and adults alike. SUZANNE GALER is a DYNAMIC PERFORMER, SINGING , AND PIANO TEACHER . Suzanne believes in joyful 😇 , healthy singing of all kinds . She has a passion for CLASSICAL, 🎭 Broadway , JAZZ AND GOSPEL . She teaches both in person , on Zoom 🏎️ , on Face-time , and any hybrid combination that works for you . She is on the Vocal Faculty at Palm Beach State. Her DOCTORATE 🧑‍🎓 in music is from The State University of New York. She loves teaching ALL AGES including High School , College Prep, Middle School, Elementary, College , Adult Hobbyists, 🐦 Snowbirds , and Professionals. Suzanne Galer also holds a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Teaching from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Suzanne's students WIN at life. They attend the finest prep schools and colleges in Florida and the nation. They attend Bak, Dreyfoos, New World School of the Arts, Saint Ann’s and Oxbridge. Her students attend University of Miami , Florida State, University of Central Florida, Florida Gold Coast, Florida International, The New School of New York City, Indiana University, and Boston University. Suzanne also teaches PIANO and singers learn SIGHT READING , PITCH MATCHING , and MUSIC THEORY. This makes them competitive for Bak, Dreyfoos, College and professional auditions.
