Welcome to my profile! I have been an instructor for 10+ years. I have taught music nationwide at several academies, most recently at for the Miami Fine Arts Academy. The course is a combination of instruction, facilitation, and fun. There is nothing more important to me than being able to express passion for music and creativity. Let's learn together! I hold a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano performance from University of Texas at Austin. I have performed throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. I have 30 years of teaching experience. I have worked with students of all ages and levels including college. I am a very patient and encouraging teacher and my lessons are fun and enjoyable. I incorporate music theory, listening, technic, reading music and repertoire building in each lesson. I tailor lessons according to each student’s ability and interests.
