Hello my name is Christina. My focus is quality. I will take the time to make sure you’re happy and work with you on all the goals you want to meet. Its important for me that students have a sense of control over their practice and their bodies and they feel safe on their mats. I use props such as, blocks, straps, and chairs to assist with stretching exercises. I’m a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. I received my yoga teacher training from YogaWorks in Los Angeles, a five star rated yoga teacher training. I’ve been having a consistent practice on my own in Ashtanga yoga for 10 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. I’ve been studying and been a performer for over 20 years. I also do private sessions in strength training. I work with people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels.

For nearly two decades, I have immersed myself in the practice of yoga, having been drawn to its healing and transformative power. Following a car accident in 2016 that left me with neck and back injuries, I experienced firsthand the profound benefits of yoga in my own healing journey.
As a 500-hr certified yoga instructor – having trained in both California and Bali – I offer a wide range of modalities, including Restorative, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Breathwork/Pranayama. I also provide Sound Healing using crystal bowls and chimes, and especially love offering a magical combination of any of the above to fit your specific needs and desires. Most think yoga is simply a workout or a stretch, but I craft my sessions to be a sacred space where breath, grounding, and gratitude intertwine – nurturing body, mind, and soul.
Whether this is your first glimpse into yoga or mindfulness, or you are a seasoned practitioner, I am able to meet your needs and create a safe and welcoming space for you.
